If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number or replacement. Please contact us if you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase: we want to ensure you enjoy your mate!

 Fair Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are calculated automatically by the system after you provide your zip code or country. Unlike some online venders, we charge exactly what it costs us to send your package and we do not charge handling fees. See our shipping rates page for more information. Beware of any site that has very low prices as they probably overcharge for shipping.

We try to ship all domestic orders the same day they are received, or in the next buisness morning, however please allow 24 hours for processing.
